Another Postcard from China

There are currently 195 Countries recognised by the United Nations, and I hope to collect a postcard from each and every one of them. Getting a postcard from certain countries will be difficult I am sure, but I do like a challenge. I am doing this using my Interpals Profile and the Postcrossing website. I hope to have exchanges with lots of people and gain some insight into different cultures and backgrounds.

This postcard has a very tranquil feeling about it, depicting ancient Chinese buildings and peach blossoms. Thank you for the postcard Lucy. Since I already have a postcard from China, this one is not included in my overall count to 195 cards.

I swear that Postcrossing is toying with me lately. Not only did I receive two cards from the same person in Maine recently but now I have received two cards from Taiwan on the same day! The artwork on this card is beautiful. Thank you Iris! Since I already have a postcard from Taiwan, this one is not included in my overall count to 195 cards.

Quite the curious thing has happened on Postcrossing. It looks likely that I have now received two postcards from the same person! Even stranger, now that I have received this card, my previous card from this person seems to have been removed from my Postcrossing account. With 722310 members it does seem highly unlikely that anyone would be matched with the same member twice, so perhaps they never bothered to plan for this in their system. Have I unwittingly come across a bug in their system? Curious!

At any rate, thank you Maggi! Since I already have a postcard from the United States of America, this one is not included in my overall count to 195 cards.
